"Alvaro called me back right away and came over quickly to look at what we wanted done to our yard. He listened to what we wanted and had several good idea. It was a "big job" for us, and he was very organized and had great skills in getting things done right. We had hired somebody several year ago to do the draining, it as it was dug up on the new job, we could see it had not been done right. But Alvaro did a super job putting in a proper French Drain to reduce flooding.
His workers were careful and did everything so it will last a long time. When they were almost done, he asked if we wanted the front yard "fixed up" to compliment the back yard. Good idea...now it looks like a show home.

"I rarely write reviews, but this experience was worth noting. Alvaro came out within a couple hours after calling him for a free quote. Two zones in our irrigation system were not working. He came highly recommended from Wyatt irrigation. He figured out what was wrong with my system while he was doing my free quote, and since it was an easy fix he didn't even charge me. He was very professional and kind. We will definitely be using him in the future."

"Alvaro and his crew transformed our overgrown, weed/gravel mess of a yard (that we "inherited" from the previous owners) into a beautiful lawn area for our 1- and 2-year-old to play. They installed new sod, irrigation and removed a pressure reducing valve from the old drip system that was causing problems with the new sprinklers. Alvaro is the easiest person to communicate with and is VERY responsive. A real genuine person! He really cares about his company and their quality of work. His prices are quite reasonable (we got several estimates) and I believe he knows how to work "smarter not harder" which helps keep his costs down. His crew was a pleasure and very considerate of our property, leaving everything cleaner than when they arrived. We would not hesitate to hire Blue Cypress for future projects, and they have already completed a job at my Moms house after she saw what a beautiful job they did at ours. We couldn't be happier!
*as a side note, they will use your green yard waste bin and garbage to dispose of what they can, so just communicate with them what is okay and what is not (if they need to save room for you)."

"Alvaro and his crew are true professionals. I received several estimates for my backyard landscaping and decided to go with Blue Cypress after finding them on Yelp and looking at pictures and other reviews. From start to finish, Alvaro was always professional, punctual and reasonable. Blue Cypress took my backyard from nothing and made it into a beautiful place we will enjoy for years to come. Alvaro and his crew showed up everyday on time and worked hard throughout the day. At the end of the day, they always cleaned up and put their tools away and/or organized them. This impressed me, as this was something did not have to do but did it anyways.
Alvaro and his crew did over 800 sq feet of stamped concrete, 600 sq feet of artificial turf, 30 feet of raised planter boxes and an amazing 10x15 pergola. When it was complete, I couldn't be happier.
If you're looking for landscape construction, look no further. You'd be making a mistake not to give Blue Cypress your business. Great business, great crew, great owner. Thank you, Alvaro and crew.
